Successful third D-A-CH congress for financial information (DKF 2013) organised by Screen.
MUNICH, April 30, 2013 – On April 30th, 2013 the D-A-CH Congress for Financial Information (DKF 2013) took place at the Hotel Sofitel Bayerpost in Munich, Germany. DKF 2013 is a joint initiative of Screen Markets and financial.com AG, and the central networking event for the German-speaking financial information industry in Munich, the natural centre of gravity between Frankfurt, Vienna and Zurich, and the capital of asset owners with over 300 billion Euro worth of investment assets. Aimed at seniors it brings together business executives, solution providers and opinion leaders from the financial services industry.
The Screen Group was also present with a booth at this third products and services event for the D-A-CH+ professional financial services community.
With around 30 exhibiting vendor organizations and 760 visitors this high-profile event, featuring both a conference and an exhibition of the current range of solutions for data, applications and services to the financial industry, turned out being a big success. The Screen Group booth was well visited by customers, business relations and passers-by that were curious to learn more about Screen’s in-house developed cost & contract management system, INFOmatch, and its latest features related to demand management (web analytics, self certification & order management), cost allocating, drill down reporting, budgeting and compliance. Furthermore, they showed a big interest in Screen’s leading consultancy practice dealing with market & reference data and investment management advisory services.
The conference part featured four tracks and included several panel discussions, including “Anticipating and complying with emerging regulatory data requirements”, “Emerging Winners: Asset Management Strategies for the New Normal” and “Big Data: Challenges and Opportunities”.
The one-day event turned out to be a perfect platform to learn more about the latest trends in technology for the professional investment industry. In addition to this it provided excellent networking and B2B opportunities. Given the success of the first three events the 2014 edition was already pre-announced. It will take place on April 1st, 2014.
