INFOmatch Contract Interface for Bloomberg Data License
Bloomberg Data License feeds multiple enterprise applications with comprehensive data. It allows every function and system across a firm to use exactly the same data, in the front, mid- and back-offices, without discrepancies. By doing so, Bloomberg gives you a multi-asset, single-source, global view for your reference and quantitative data.
However, Bloomberg’s Data License invoices prove to be complex and erratic. To optimize transparency, accuracy and oversight, INFOmatch incorporates the Contract Interface for Bloomberg Data License. This seamlessly integrated interface automatically processes your Bloomberg Data License invoices, which contain all data sources, quantities, start & end dates, list prices and effective rates.
Accordingly, it automatically updates your Bloomberg inventory and contracts whilst it categorizes data feed components by type (derived data EOD, pricing data intraday, fundamentals, security master, etc.). As a result you have the ability to quickly and easily make the costs and usage transparent by fund, application, department or even user.
Furthermore, the interface includes a unique built-in trend analyzer, which allows forecasting of future usage and potentially reduce your spend.
But, there is more. What about all the duplicate requests within your firm for static end-of-day (EOD) data? Clearly no one wants to double and triple pay. To alert you of unnecessary requests, the interface also includes an EOD optimization functionality that automatically indicates duplicate requests allowing you to identify spend reduction. It already helped firms identifying potential savings exceeding $250,000 a year!
In the end, the INFOmatch Contract Interface for Bloomberg Data License substantially reduces your workload, creates transparency & predictability and it helps you reduce your spend.
