INFOmatch Consultant - The Netherlands

De TRG Screen Holdings BV is een groeiend en innoverend bedrijf (van momenteel 120 enthousiaste medewerkers) dat wereldwijd adviseert over financiële informatie- en analysesystemen die gebruikt worden door bijvoorbeeld banken en pensioenfondsen. Binnen Screen INFOmatch BV, één van onze ondernemingen die verantwoordelijk is voor het leveren en ontwikkelen van onze in eigen huis ontwikkelde applicatie INFOmatch, hebben wij ter ondersteuning van onze groeiende klantenkring dringend behoefte aan een enthousiaste collega in de functie van INFOmatch Consultant.

INFOmatch

INFOmatch is een Management Informatie Systeem ontworpen voor het beheren van kosten, facturen en contracten van financiële informatiesystemen. Het stelt leveranciers en gebruikers van financiële informatie in staat om hun (market) data management te optimaliseren.

In deze nichemarkt is INFOmatch een innovatieve, vooraanstaande applicatie die voortdurend verbeterd en uitgebreid wordt met nieuwe functionaliteiten, modules en interfaces.

Functieomschrijving

In de rol van INFOmatch Consultant ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor INFOmatch klanten wereldwijd. Onze klanten zijn onder meer gevestigd in Nederland, Duitsland, Engeland, Zweden en Zuid-Afrika. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Den Bosch onderhoud je contact met de klanten waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent en je geeft ze functionele ondersteuning.

Werkzaamheden die veelal op locatie bij de klant verricht worden zijn het geven van trainingen, workshops, het opzetten van een nieuwe database of het ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in INFOmatch. Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle kwalitatieve aspecten van de applicatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de documentatie up-to-date wordt gehouden en je hebt een adviserende en uitvoerende rol bij implementatieprojecten.

Functie-eisen

  • Afgeronde hbo-opleidingu
  • Interesse in c.q. affiniteit met internationale financiële markten, IT en/of financieel administratieve processen
  • Enkele jaren werkervaring in een IT (support) functie
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en bij voorkeur ook de Duitse taal
  • Flexibel en accuraat
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs en bereid tot reizen

Sales Executive – North America

We are hiring a Sales Executive to drive new revenue in North America. Sales Executive – Financial Services, North America

Based in New York City, you will report directly to the Global Head of Sales and will be responsible for enhancing TRG Screen’s footprint and pipeline. You will manage direct sales in a territory containing the world’s most significant banking, investment management, insurance and wealth management companies while meeting and exceeding annual quotas.

This role involves solution selling of TRG Screen’s Product Suite (FITS, INFOmatch, ResearchMonitor, Quest & DART), Consulting and Managed services. You will be responsible for prospecting, identifying opportunities and closing deals within North America. The role will also interact regularly with our product and account management teams to ensure we deliver our clients the solutions they require.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting activities to fully cover named accounts within the territory, build relationships and manage all assigned opportunities
  • Meet with prospective & existing clients to push deals forward:
    • Schedule meetings and run presentations & high-level system demos
    • Navigate the prospective client organization to build high level relationships with decision makers and clearly understand their business and technical requirements
    • Articulate Product Suite advantages to best position TRG Screen to close new business
  • Manage objections, functionality, pricing and contract issues to close deals
  • Foster relationships with existing TRG Screen clients, complementary vendors and industry consultants to create opportunities through references and referrals

Qualifications

  • Software sales experience within the financial services industry is preferred
  • Must have thorough understanding of strategic selling and demonstrated success in a highly competitive, quota-driven environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling to senior level decision makers, 5+ years is preferred
  • Willingness to travel often
  • Must have technical acumen to understand requirements and objections, and ability to articulate TRG Screen advantages
  • Experience selling hosted/ASP/SaaS enterprise-wide software solutions is preferred
  • Experience negotiating contracts to the advantage of both customer and TRG Screen
  • Strong communication and organizational skills paired with an understanding of how to seamlessly hand over a new client to internal teams
  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university or college

Market Data Administrators / Analysts – London

Screen INFOmatch is looking for experienced market data administrators/analysts that have experience with the following tasks:

  • Market Data & IT Software inventory database setup
  • Data Loads (one off and periodical from Human Resources and Accounts Payable systems)
  • Base data maintenance (tax, exchange rates, product classification, etc.)
  • Market place (supplier) maintenance
  • Inventory (cost & services allocation) moves / adds / changes management
  • Process user requests (including interfacing with internal client systems)
  • Contract maintenance
  • Invoice management & Invoice reconciliation
  • Dispute identification towards supplier and follow-up
  • Entitlements management (to interface with Reuters DACS and Bloomberg EMRS)

Job Description

In the role of trainee you will discover what it means to work in the financial services industry, an industry which is characterised by innovation, specialisation and change. As a trainee, you will participate in an internal training program in order to build knowledge of the financial markets and the vendors that provide (market data) solutions. You will get familiar with the various market participants that operate in the buy and sell side of the industry, not only in London but after your traineeship also internationally.

Furthermore, you are given the opportunity, as a graduate student, to test and further develop your analytical skills. Your knowledge of Excel and relevant business processes will be developed allowing you to discover which position will suit your personal ambitions and skill sets best.

During the first year you will provide hands-on support in a role as (market data) trainee in London. After a successful completion of this traineeship, we have roles available such as:

– INFOmatch Analyst:
In the role of INFOmatch Analyst you are the first point of contact for all INFOmatch customers worldwide. You will become a product specialist who knows INFOmatch inside out in addition to being very skilled in working with MS software packages such as Excel and PowerPoint. In this role you will have a lot of contact with our clients and you will be an expert in solving (complex) issues.

Working within one of Screen’s offices, you provide 1st and 2nd line support in terms of product functionality and technical features. You work closely with the INFOmatch Consultants and you will develop your skills sets allowing you to give client trainings, workshops, manage new installations and be involved with the day to day support of INFOmatch. You are responsible to keep the documentation up-to-date and you will have an advisory role in implementation projects. You are also responsible for providing input for the further improvement of INFOmatch.

– INFOmatch Consultant:
In the role of INFOmatch Consultant you are the primary contact (Account Manager) for some specific INFOmatch clients worldwide. You are often on site with the clients, providing training, workshops, manage implementation projects and presenting new product features.

In addition, you provide support to selected clients, prepare project plans and manage projects.
